Account Registration & Eligibility

By completing registration, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. jtea7 is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders as part of its KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by jtea7 will result in a restriction on deposits, withdrawals, or both, pending verification.
jtea7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of a withdrawal request, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. All financial transactions on the jtea7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jtea7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer from approved Bangladeshi banking institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Bonuses credited to your account may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement. jtea7 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, through abuse of the promotion system, or through the use of multiple accounts. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtea7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities: (a) opening or operating multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing any platform rule or promotion restriction; (b) using any form of automated software, bot, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, including automated bet placement or game-play scripts; (c) engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (d) exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
(e) using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location; (f) using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity; (g) engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through jtea7's support channels; (h) sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account. Attempted violations of these prohibitions are treated with the same severity as completed violations.
All content on the jtea7 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software code, game content, promotional materials, and text, is the intellectual property of jtea7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jtea7 platform.

jtea7's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your jtea7 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted and even if jtea7 has been advised of the possibility of such liability.
If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, a game result, a bonus decision, or any other aspect of your jtea7 account, you must first raise the matter with our customer support team via live chat. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days Bangladesh Standard Time. jtea7 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. However, jtea7's decision on any dispute, once the internal escalation process has been exhausted, shall be final and binding. Records maintained by jtea7's server-side systems shall constitute the authoritative source of truth for the purposes of any dispute concerning game results, bet outcomes, or account transactions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jtea7 operates. By using the jtea7 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The failure of jtea7 to enforce any right under these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
You may close your jtea7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your preferred registered payment method within 5 business days Bangladesh Standard Time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not been converted through the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
jtea7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account holder has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jtea7. Where jtea7 closes an account under (a) through (d), any bonus funds will be forfeited and jtea7 may withhold any winnings generated through prohibited activity pending investigation.
